Merry Christmas! Let’s go Ho Ho House Hunting…

Today, in this abbreviated Christmas edition, I’m taking you to a sweet and spacious home right off of Lakewood Lake outside of Kansas City… where there has been a bit of Christmas magic in the air…

Never to be upstaged, it turns out Santa and Mrs. Claus have started their own side hustle of helping to stage homes for sale around the Holidays. Looks like Santa just tested out the chimney and is putting his boots back on. I think we’re supposed to take this to mean the flue is functional.

But what’s this? Santa and Mrs. Claus appear to be having a bit of a disagreement over the tree. It’s entirely possible he’s imbibed a bit too much eggnog again and is on his soapbox about how fake trees rob you of the pine-fresh scent and do irreparable harm to the small-town Christmas Tree farm economy.

While Santa’s busy checking the fridge for more Nog, Mrs. Claus is (yet again) doing all the work, baking gingerbread cookies so the house will smell great for all the potential buyers.

Santa’s got some deep reflecting to do as he heads to the home’s spacious primary suite to sleep it off…

As he takes a little bathroom break to review his Naughty & Nice lists, he finds that once again, he’ll have to use his special veto power to remove himself from the Naughty list.

Fortunately, Mrs. Claus is the forgiving type. After all, she’s stuck with him for all eternity. Here we see her kissing him Goodbye (and perhaps Good Riddance?) as he leaves home to deliver presents to all the good girls and boys…
